  • You are a surviving spouse of a service member who is missing in action, died while in service or from a service-related disability.


You will also need to provide a certificate of eligibility (COE), which is a document from the Department of Veteran Affairs that confirms that you are eligible for a VA loan. We can reach out on your behalf to obtain a COE or you can request one yourself from the VA.
